Physical System Requirements: 

• Dual Core (Preferred Quad Core) 2.0 Ghz CPU
• 8 Gb RAM ( 6Gb will be allocated to VMs)
• 100 Gig Harddrive Space 
•  Internet Connection

Software Requirements:

• Oracle Virtual Box (Free) or VMWare Workstation (Paid)
• 2 Processor Cores, 4096 MB of RAM, 40Gig Harddrive
• Linux Distribution, I used CentOS 5.5Dynamips Version: 0.2.8-RC2-amd64
• QEMU PC Emulator Version 0.11.0
• Cisco 3725 Internetwork Operating System Version 12.4-15T with Adv. Enterprise K9 License
• Cisco ASA Operating System Version 8.4.2 with ASDM
• Cisco IPS Operating System Version 6.0(3)E1
• Java Run Time Libraries for running ASDM, IDM
• VNC Viewer, Free Edition (4.1.3 is the available version)

Virtual Machines:

• CentOS 5.5 VM with 2 CPUs, 4Gig of RAM, 40Gig of HDD
• Cisco Secure ACS Server 5 VM, 2 CPUs, 1Gig of RAM, 40Gig of HDD
• Windows XP Professional Host VM, 1 CPU, 512M of RAM, 20Gig of HDD
